Oaxaca state offers purposely unmatched coffee flavour profiles. Every year, we
will be alternating the coffee selection from different micro-lots and Fincas of
coffee-growers, in order to try to explain how the diversity of micro-ecosystems found in Oaxaca’s mountains have a direct impact in the taste of the coffee. These coffee capsules, literally are trying to squeeze the fruitiness inside the coffee coming from this origin.
